The scheduling of the sequence of construction phases and the quality control of each phase is carefully planned by berman homes.

Our promise to clients

• contact you fortnightly throughout the construction of your new house
• provide you with updates on the progress of your new house
• promptly answer any questions you may have

Construction site entry

Although a building site may appear safe to enter, we do not allow our clients to access the premises without a berman homes representative present.

berman homes is committed to adhering to Occupational Health and Safety standards and we expect all construction personnel to work in accordance with standard procedures so as to avoid exposing themselves, other personnel on site, and the general public to any risks. For safety reasons, we do not allow children or animals on site.

Final client inspection

When your house has been completed and prior to you making the final payment, we will invite you to attend a final inspection of your new house. The final inspection usually takes an hour. The purpose of this inspection is to make sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of your newly constructed home.

Settlement

Settlement of the house will usually take place within 14 days of the final inspection. This is when the final payment is made to berman homes and when you receive the keys of your new home together with applicable warranties and compliance certificates.
